"Outstanding purchase and follow-up experience from B&B, and Gene in Sales in particular. Had originally located B&B on the KTM site when looking for the Super Duke R and spoke to Gene on the phone. Although the Units had not been shipped yet to dealers for display, I dropped into B&B anyway around 3rd week of March '14 to meet Gene in-person and he was very knowledgeable, courteous and, not pushy at all. Trip turned out to be very fortunate and gratifying as I found a ZRX1200R in superb condition on the floor in the used section on which I decided to put a down-payment right away. Had a great experience throughout the purchase, Brad Caton worked out a good deal for me and took care of the paperwork. My subsequent contacts with B&B, including John the Service Manager and all the others also make the trip to B&B worthwhile. I am sure no one would walk away disappointed. "Hello my name is Joe, I am the one that recently purchased a new 2012 v max at B&B!! Less than 3 weeks ago I was out riding and about to reach the 600 mile service. I called B&B service and talked with Curt and he said can you have it here in an hour wow that was fast!! I took it over and Vance who is very perticular about his work did the service on my v max he is great there wasn"t a smudge or anyting on my machine he services your bike as if it was his own great Job Vance He than took it for a ride and explained everyting he did great job Vance!!! Than Zane worked up my bill it was less than I expected and they even installed a battery tender wire on it for me!! While I waited for my V max I went out and had some of their coffee and relaxed in their show room kinda like going to cheers where everybody remembers your name. For the best in sales,financing,rider insurance,service,parts and accessories get of your butt and get out to B&B!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!"

"I recently purchased a new 2012 yamaha v max from salesman Joe Galie Jr at B&B. This is one sharp looking head turning muscle bike!! This was the smoothest transaction I have ever made!! They did not have it in stock but General manager Craig quickly located one brand new in a crate and the owner bear went and picked it up and when he returned Vance in their service department assembled it what a perfect job!! Also Zane and Curt both from service explained any questions about service I had and when it was due their service is awesome!! Also Jim the sales manager worked with Joe on my new v max and if Joe wasn't in could answer my questions. The finanacing was a breeze thanks to Art Weaver he is a perfectionst and will get the best financing he explains everything to a tee!!
